“Nope. Never heard of… Wait! Did you say ‘before’?”
“Erm, yes…”
“That’s why he’s unknown. You’re supposed to terminate them AFTER coming to power, but BEFORE atrocities begin. Look, he’s not even in the dictator ledger.”
“What’ve I done?”
“I’m arresting you for the historical murder of…”
